Long queues and average staff
417 North End Rd, Fulham, London SW6 1NS, UK – 0345 300 0000
Really quiet branch, I always go here on the weekends rather than brave the lines in the central London branches!

The branch manager is a top man! Always active and polite, ready to help everyone!

I was given 5* service today by the branch manager Alistair. He went above and beyond to assist me, and gave outstanding customer service. It makes a pleasant change to be made to feel welcome by my local branch and I am far more likely to use more of the bank's products and services because of this experience.
Excellent service from Tracey, Alistair, and teleconference Tom A*
146 Uxbridge Rd, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 8AT, UK – 0800 554 0296
I've moved from this branch. Although conveniently located on the north side of Shepherds Bush Green it has an annoying double entry door that doesn't always work very efficiently and it is easy to collide with people even though you're not supposed to be able to. Watch out if you're struggling with a wet umbrella. Why do these places hardly ever have a bucket to deposit them in. Can get super busy in here with a queue that never seems to move. You can also wait a long time to speak to an advisor.
Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Barely any queuing

Have used this company several times and can highly recommend. David and his team were a delight to have around! Mess was kept to a minimum, turned up on time and didn’t land me with extra hidden costs. They even didn’t seem to mind too much when I changed my mind numerous times on things and were very accommodating. Would definitely use them again.
I used Chelsea Building because they were competitive and professional pitching for the business and I was not disapointed. They completed painting the outside of the house and remedial building work on time and to a very high specification.Their workfroce were a pleasure to have on site and they always left the site clean.I would definitely ask them to pitch again for any further building and/or decorating work that I have going forward

Good place but the council lacks efficiency
Pretty good as a conference venue, have been here for Astrofest every year for years.

Local town hall, can get very busy within and in the summer poorly ventilated.

Fascinating building. Wood paneling inside and feels like you've stepped back in time upon entering.

Treatment at this practice is relaxed and friendly. As a person who is rather phobic about dental treatment, I was impressed by the staffs' total understanding of this and was put very much at ease. Total professionalism at its best.
Ralph's an excellent dentist, effortlessly dexterous and explains - very clearly - what he's going to do, and why. He also keeps you entertained!
149 Askew Rd, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 9AU, UK – 020 8743 0947
I have recently had treatment and would like to take this opportunity share my experience. From the outset Dr Beck explained clearly what options were available – including costs – and explained the pros and cons of each option. Also, he took the time to explain every procedure he was doing throughout the course of the treatment. Dr Beck is a highly skilled, dedicated professional and at the same time personable and truly cares about oral health. His support team are just as impressive and they clearly work well together as a unit. I was impressed with hygiene and modern equipment used – camera and x-ray images available on the screen to see and discuss. Furthermore, he clearly has an excellent relationship with his technician. 5 stars! The dental hygienist is exceptionally good too! I only have positive things to say about this dental practice and cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr Beck, thank you once again to you and your wonderful colleagues at Askew Dental Care.
I just wanted to thank this Dental Clinic totally changing my understanding about oral higiene, importance of it and etc etc. And by the transforming my perfect Smile and such a wonderful Great job that Dr Azad and his team did. Big Massive Thank you to all of you for such a support, care, and most of it for Perfect smile and hard work you put in it I received from all of you. I visited the clinic on 31/05/2017 for a filling. And being the person I am with fear of pain of any form, I never imagined for the whole experience to finish off the way it did! Everything went very smoothly with (I must insist here) no pain whatsoever! It was a five star treatment beyond comprehension including my best expectations and for that I very gratefully salute the entire team. Very well done indeed.
At kings dental they have the best and the most honest and professional dentists in town. Even though I was asked to either pay a fine for missing an appointment that was booked in error for me instead of my wife or i will be removed from there list of patiants.I have to mention this that if you are lucky enough to have Dr Hayder Barazan as your dentist do not miss his appointments as Dr Haider is one of the most honest, unmaterialistic, genuinely nice person, and on top of all master in dentistry. I highly recommend Dr H Barazan . And I would love it if they reconsider signing me back on. 😊😊

Great surgery, amazing staff. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Pamini is always thorough.
Well, the receptionists are not quite friendly and a bit miserable (i work at a reception so i know), i can only count 1 who is really lovely. First time there, i had to wait 1h after my appointment time to be seen, i know there is always a waiting time but i've never had to wait that long. The doctor did her job, however rushed me because she was running late and i understand it happens but i told her i have the right to get an appropriate appointment and not be rushed. 2nd time there it was just for a blood test and i also had to wait 40-50min which is surprising since taking blood doesn't take that long. I'm only going there because it's close by but not sure if i can recommend it. I'll book another appointment with another doctor and see how it goes. If you don't want to wait i'll recommend booking early morning appointments.

You have to book weeks in advance which is a real bummer but once you're in they look after you well.
2 Lombard Court, 1-23 Crown St, London, Acton W3 8SA, UK – 020 8992 2010
I have been a patient at Crown Street for over 30 years and have always been treated quickly, kindly, with respect and any ailments solved satisfactorily. Their support throughout my cancer treatment 6 years ago was exemplary and continues today. I find the telephone appointment system works very well. Due to the volume of patients phoning in every morning, I may have to hang on the phone for sometime, BUT this is a small price to pay for an appointment on the day. Friends tell me they can't get same day appointments with their GP and the usual waiting time is a week or more, so we are well served at Crown Street I recommend this surgery very highly!
Getting an appointment time was a bit difficult, and I did have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment which wasn't ideal. However, this is not the fault of the surgery, more a sign of the strain that the NHS is under. I have been to see Dr Anil Sagar a couple of times now and he has been absolutely wonderful; very genuine and sincere but also easy to talk to. The rest of the staff have been friendly and helpful - I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Great hospital! I have seen Mr Raslan in may 2017 . He was caring and very professional, he helped me through a very difficult situation . I couldn’t be more grateful for Mr Raslan and his team ! First class service
Please AVOID coming here with your baby to Dr Anne Buk-Serero. We brought here our baby a couple of times, and even if she was ok and all the blood tests were correct, she gave us 5 prescriptions each time! By ‘coincidence’ always something that was being advertised in capital letters in every pharmacy…. It is the clear example of a Dr who is ‘commission focused’, just trying to get a much benefit as possible with medicaments, instead of trying to cure a baby… deplorable. Absolutely not what you expect when you go with your baby to a private Dr.

Can not FAULT them on waiting lists for operations, after care and physiotherapy. They've a good mental health service there but do keep pushing for support of a loved one if they're in need of M.H support due to people needing to remain persistent with a SELF referral system which is in place.
Good staff doing their best. Excellent chemo day care ward. Parking a challenge and lifts a disaster.
Du Cane Rd, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 0HS, UK – 020 3313 1000
My clinic has just been moved here from Charing Cross hospital. First impressions were that Hammersmith Hospital is a lot older building, and it wasn't very clear how to get to Outpatients from the reception entrance. After some accurate directions from a security man, I found where I needed to be. Check in is by touch screen and gives information on where to sit. The announcement system to call patients is very good. It combines a voice message, with a large screen display telling you which room to go to. Seating was comfortable and well laid out. Appointments were running around 30 minutes late, but at least there are white boards showing the expected delay and these are updated frequently. Much better than any other hospital I've been to. Waiting time for a blood test was very long. I took number 49 when 25 was shown on the screen. I waited around 40 minutes to be seen. It is sensible to use that time to book your next appointment. Queueing again was rather long. This time around 15 minutes. I got the impression that the staff were trying their best to provide a good service. They appeared to be working as quickly as possible, but the computer systems in operation seem to be slow and cumbersome to enter data into. One fact that wasn't dealt with, was that although there was a water dispenser available, the cups had run out. Next time I'll take a bottle to fill up. Parking is available at the front of the hospital, but I'm not sure what it's like as I used a scooter to travel there. There is dedicated solo motorcycle parking by the entrance, and also cycle racks. Both are convenient and free to use. The nearest tube station is East Acton and there are bus services running right outside the hospital. I know one route goes via Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith.
Best hospital ever, they save my life everytime i go there with a serious painful attack of my illness! Also cleanest hospital by far.

A notable feature of this church is that the confessional have frosted glass so you can see, but not hear, what's going on.
Lovely church, sadly it wasn't open the day I visited.

Having been to Mustard upwards of nearly 30 times now since they opened, it still remains my favorite local go to spot, especially for weekend brunch. My husband and I are always bringing friends, clients and visiting family here. The food is fantastic (best salmon and eggs around), plenty of vegetarian options too. The staff is very friendly and the coffee always delicious. Great wifi too which is always a plus. Love this place so much!
What a lovely birthday dinner. Nice atmosphere and service cannot be faulted. The menu is varied and very interesting, with a number of unusual flavour combinations. What is served is first class, and we were more than happy to pay full price.... Huge thank you to Magda, Jonathan, Jas, Helena, Emily, Naomi to make our visit so special.

Came to "Bill's"on a Tuesday evening to catch up with an elderly friend I hadn't seen in ages. I was hoping for a warm comfortable space, not too noisy, with good, affordable food, and"Bill's"did not disappoint. For a Tuesday evening the restaurant was quiet but certainly not empty and enough atmosphere and movement to make one feel comfortable. A well balanced menu covered our own personal preferences, and service was both friendly and prompt, and the food was good. Paying the bill, the manager asked us how our meal was, saying that they were currently focusing on insuring that all food coming out of the kitchen was the best quality they could achieve. We certainly had no complaints, and I will make efforts to return again soon.
A nice place to have breakfast. Healthy food options with vegetarian and vegan choices. Doesn't come across as a chain restaurant, I actually thought it was independent! Pancakes were nice but they should ask you if you want sugar & syrup first.

The girl I look after has attended Minors Nursery School since September 2017 and she loves it. Everyday she is happy to go to school and I can see how comfortable she is with the Minors team. The teachers are very reliable, caring and professional. Often she comes home with her little arts and craft, which are nice and creative. The atmosphere with other parents and nannies is very friendly, too. Would definitely recommend this nursery school, it is fabulous.
A wonderful and caring nursery, my daughter loves it here. The teachers are very kind and always smiling : )

This is an amazing school, full of light, green spaces and playgrounds, set in a lovely neighbour. I have 2 kids there and I am so impressed by the way they are tough, and the children are so happy to go to school. Staff is knowledgeable, respectful and kind, the head teacher is clearly doing a great job!

My son is attending St James and he is enjoying to go to school. It is very welcoming school. Small classes, well behaved children, but still with freedom to be children. Teachers are skilled and supportive. Children are engaged to participate to school's activities from very beginning. By the end of the first semester your boy or girl will happily recite Shakespear's poems and sing on Latin and Sanskrit (completely willingly with smile and happiness). Parents are friendly. Competitive credo is swapped for learning and understanding. As a parent of child who is attending St James I can't say nothing but best for this school so far. He was shy boy and now he is growing into an confident, kind, very well educated and behaved young man. Regarding things from the past, I don't know how someone can judge the school nowadays on its past... (new milenium schools and parents are different and generally schools in the past weren't some pleasant places)
I had the pleasure of running an assembly at the school and found the staff and children to be super friendly and positive. My subsequent dealings with the school have also been terrific. It's a school with a great, positive vibe!

Kensington Prep is an independent day school in Fulham for girls aged 4-11. It opened in 1873, the first school to be established in the Girls’ Day School Trust. The school moved to Fulham in 1997 and is set in over an acre of grounds with netball and tennis courts and a pond for environmental studies and has some of the best facilities of any prep school in London. The school is non-denominational. There are 290 girls – aged 4 to 11 years - in 2 balanced parallel classes of about 20 girls. The school offers traditional values combined with innovative teaching and is at the forefront of IT. It has been awarded the prestigious ICT mark for the second time and there are iPad tablets and laptops in the classroom as well as a fully-equipped IT suite. The school has also just introduced a new digital learning platform and parent portal. There is a large library at the heart of the school, state-of-the-art science lab and dedicated specialist rooms for art, design technology, music and drama.

These are brotherand sister private schools. The girls part on Ifley, Godolphin has a high gated pedestrian entry and it's very discreet. It's stone built with classic church like architecture marked by arched windows. It's partner boys only school on King Street looks even grander like a cathedral.
Amazing school .My daughter loves it
