Really quiet branch, I always go here on the weekends rather than brave the lines in the central London branches!

Everything went well and smooth. Friendly Staff, clean and nice environment. High quality dental services.
Warm friendly staff, receptionist Mary was absolutely amazing with good conversation and great at informing me about the up coming practice changes. Which was nice as I’m new to the area.

I was long overdue for a dental check up & now I wonder why. I met with Monika for a consultation and a treatment plan for my gum hygiene was advised. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. The treatments were explained in detail and her chair side manner is exceptional. She is patient, understanding and deals with anxiety & worry in a caring manner. Over the last few months I've had several follow up visits & now have a hygiene plan in place and much healthier gums. I would highly recommend Monika and her practice for everyone and she is also great with kids.
After having a few problems with my teeth, I delayed visiting the dentists because of my phobia and anxiety. I was honestly terrified of visiting the dentist. However, the entire team at the practice made me feel comfortable. The dentist was so warm and made me feel at ease throughout. She kept asking if I was okay and talked me through what she was doing. It was honestly the best experience that I have ever had at any dentist. I walked out of the dentist feeling glad that I went. If you have anxiety like myself, this dentist is definitely your best option.

The team at Progressive Dentistry are absolutely fantastic. I had a Social 6 brace fitted, the entire treatment lasted for about 3 months. Dr Patel is an excellent dentist, extremely friendly and professional. He ensured I was aware of progress throughout my treatment, taking time to answer any questions I had. The receptionists were always patient and accommodating when booking appointments to fit around my working schedule. I am so happy with the results of the treatment and would go back to the practice should I need or want further work. I would highly recommend to others.
I have been well impressed by doctor Phillips. I tend to be over suspicious with dentists (always paranoid they wanna do to much). I came to doctor Philips with a hopeless tooth. She found a quick temp fix, untill I raise money to found what needed to be done and she gave me some super valuable advice about what to do next (and about my overall oral health ). I can't recommend her highly enough. If you want a professional honest advice: do not hesitate to go and see her.

Great surgery, amazing staff. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Pamini is always thorough.
Well, the receptionists are not quite friendly and a bit miserable (i work at a reception so i know), i can only count 1 who is really lovely. First time there, i had to wait 1h after my appointment time to be seen, i know there is always a waiting time but i've never had to wait that long. The doctor did her job, however rushed me because she was running late and i understand it happens but i told her i have the right to get an appropriate appointment and not be rushed. 2nd time there it was just for a blood test and i also had to wait 40-50min which is surprising since taking blood doesn't take that long. I'm only going there because it's close by but not sure if i can recommend it. I'll book another appointment with another doctor and see how it goes. If you don't want to wait i'll recommend booking early morning appointments.

I have been a patient at Crown Street for over 30 years and have always been treated quickly, kindly, with respect and any ailments solved satisfactorily. Their support throughout my cancer treatment 6 years ago was exemplary and continues today. I find the telephone appointment system works very well. Due to the volume of patients phoning in every morning, I may have to hang on the phone for sometime, BUT this is a small price to pay for an appointment on the day. Friends tell me they can't get same day appointments with their GP and the usual waiting time is a week or more, so we are well served at Crown Street I recommend this surgery very highly!
Getting an appointment time was a bit difficult, and I did have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment which wasn't ideal. However, this is not the fault of the surgery, more a sign of the strain that the NHS is under. I have been to see Dr Anil Sagar a couple of times now and he has been absolutely wonderful; very genuine and sincere but also easy to talk to. The rest of the staff have been friendly and helpful - I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My clinic has just been moved here from Charing Cross hospital. First impressions were that Hammersmith Hospital is a lot older building, and it wasn't very clear how to get to Outpatients from the reception entrance. After some accurate directions from a security man, I found where I needed to be. Check in is by touch screen and gives information on where to sit. The announcement system to call patients is very good. It combines a voice message, with a large screen display telling you which room to go to. Seating was comfortable and well laid out. Appointments were running around 30 minutes late, but at least there are white boards showing the expected delay and these are updated frequently. Much better than any other hospital I've been to. Waiting time for a blood test was very long. I took number 49 when 25 was shown on the screen. I waited around 40 minutes to be seen. It is sensible to use that time to book your next appointment. Queueing again was rather long. This time around 15 minutes. I got the impression that the staff were trying their best to provide a good service. They appeared to be working as quickly as possible, but the computer systems in operation seem to be slow and cumbersome to enter data into. One fact that wasn't dealt with, was that although there was a water dispenser available, the cups had run out. Next time I'll take a bottle to fill up. Parking is available at the front of the hospital, but I'm not sure what it's like as I used a scooter to travel there. There is dedicated solo motorcycle parking by the entrance, and also cycle racks. Both are convenient and free to use. The nearest tube station is East Acton and there are bus services running right outside the hospital. I know one route goes via Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith.
My wife has a heart condition, so we've been visiting the Cardiology department for a while now. We have total trust in the doctors, very professional and knowledgeable. The hospital itself though is quite hard to navigate around.

Visited for my husband's 30th birthday to have a delicious breakfast to start off our busy day. All opted for the breakfast meal deal which is great value. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce was fantastic. Will definitely keep Côte in mind next time we are near one and fancy a nicer breakfast than normal!
Always enjoy coming here. Good food and nice atmosphere. Service can be a little slow some times but generally good. Staff are always friendly

An amazing meal on mothers day after leaving somewhere else over poor service. They welcomed our party of 8 at short notice and the food and service were fantastic. Will recommend and definitely be back.
Came to "Bill's"on a Tuesday evening to catch up with an elderly friend I hadn't seen in ages. I was hoping for a warm comfortable space, not too noisy, with good, affordable food, and"Bill's"did not disappoint. For a Tuesday evening the restaurant was quiet but certainly not empty and enough atmosphere and movement to make one feel comfortable. A well balanced menu covered our own personal preferences, and service was both friendly and prompt, and the food was good. Paying the bill, the manager asked us how our meal was, saying that they were currently focusing on insuring that all food coming out of the kitchen was the best quality they could achieve. We certainly had no complaints, and I will make efforts to return again soon.

Great food and reasonable prices. Only once have I had an issue with a meal that was too salty. Staff were happy to replace it.
Food was great and reasonably priced however service was incredibly slow - writing this review whilst waiting for our bill! Not a reflection on the waitress but obviously short staffed.

This is a wonderful school, I could not ask more of them. The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean and in good repair, and best of all the teachers treat each child as an individuals.
I feel safe leaving my children at this nursery. The staff really do care about the children and I feel that their needs are being met emotionally, educationally and socially. They keep me informed about everything, even minor incidents. They have a sensible Calpol policy, giving it when needed with the permission of a parent so I don't have to go running to pick the kids up each time a new tooth comes through and causes a bit of a temperature. There is a very low turnover of staff so the children see the same faces each day and get to know and love their key carers. They all seem to have a very good level of training. The activities are fun and educational and I'm so pleased to see the way my son has developed from a shy baby into a confident toddler here. The only downside is the price, which is high by anyone's standards, and with two children it is actually cheaper to get a nanny. However my son is so happy at Teddies that I decided it was worth it even with two as a nanny would never be able to give the attention to both children individually in the way they are cared for here.

This is an excellent school, it provides so many people with help and learning opportunities. I loved my teachers Mr Fox and Mrs Pears for the kind natured teaching skills . I struggled after leaving this school as other schools can't compare or care for my learning. Needs. Barn dances in the hall was one of my favourite times there. Thanks.
This is an amazing school, full of light, green spaces and playgrounds, set in a lovely neighbour. I have 2 kids there and I am so impressed by the way they are tough, and the children are so happy to go to school. Staff is knowledgeable, respectful and kind, the head teacher is clearly doing a great job!

We love coming to paddock school cafe because we receive a wonderful welcome, the cakes are delicious and the staff are so friendly
This is a school for children with severe learning difficulties. The school runs a cafe on Wednesday and Thursday mornings where everything is handmade by the students.

Both my son and my daughter have been very happy there. I am aware of a small number of problems in the 1970's but that is a very long time ago !
My son is attending St James and he is enjoying to go to school. It is very welcoming school. Small classes, well behaved children, but still with freedom to be children. Teachers are skilled and supportive. Children are engaged to participate to school's activities from very beginning. By the end of the first semester your boy or girl will happily recite Shakespear's poems and sing on Latin and Sanskrit (completely willingly with smile and happiness). Parents are friendly. Competitive credo is swapped for learning and understanding. As a parent of child who is attending St James I can't say nothing but best for this school so far. He was shy boy and now he is growing into an confident, kind, very well educated and behaved young man. Regarding things from the past, I don't know how someone can judge the school nowadays on its past... (new milenium schools and parents are different and generally schools in the past weren't some pleasant places)

Kensington Prep is an independent day school in Fulham for girls aged 4-11. It opened in 1873, the first school to be established in the Girls’ Day School Trust. The school moved to Fulham in 1997 and is set in over an acre of grounds with netball and tennis courts and a pond for environmental studies and has some of the best facilities of any prep school in London. The school is non-denominational. There are 290 girls – aged 4 to 11 years - in 2 balanced parallel classes of about 20 girls. The school offers traditional values combined with innovative teaching and is at the forefront of IT. It has been awarded the prestigious ICT mark for the second time and there are iPad tablets and laptops in the classroom as well as a fully-equipped IT suite. The school has also just introduced a new digital learning platform and parent portal. There is a large library at the heart of the school, state-of-the-art science lab and dedicated specialist rooms for art, design technology, music and drama.
