The Pawchester

92A Dawes Rd, Fulham, London SW6 7EJ, UK – 020 7381 9530

The Pawchester is a wonderful place to leave your felines for a holiday. The staff are so loving and attentive to the cats. Special requirements are always adhered too. Rest assured your furry friends will love it here.

This is a great company to work for! I was only here briefly (Due to personal commitments) and I miss working here very much! The manager at the time and the other girls were always very friendly and the owner is just lovely and passionate. Lovely place to work and lovely place to keep your cats safe when away!

Notting Hill Cat Company

21 Blenheim Cres, London W11 2EF, UK – 07813 547461

I cannot recommend Dominique and the Notting Hill Cat Company enough. Everything from the initial contact/arrangements to the drop off and pick up were professional and efficiently managed. All of my questions were answered fully and quickly. Dominique has such expert knowledge of cats and their behaviours I felt totally happy leaving my pride and joy with her. I left having dropped Milly off knowing she would have an incredible time - whether it was exploring the cat-friendly balcony, sleeping on a heated pad, or playing with the various toys (or in Milly's case, not leaving Dominique along for 5 minutes). The several picture/video updates I was sent throughout her stay absolutely made my day and confirmed that I had one very happy cat back in London. I cannot thank Dominique enough for her love and care shown towards Milly and I think she is counting down the days I go away again and she can go back to her wonderful holiday home.

Finding a genuine home environment to board a cat in Central London is actually rather difficult, but the Notting Hill Cat company rises to the occasion. It has been our reliable go-to for the last three years, and I place a distinct emphasis on reliable. The amenities themselves are lovely -- a cat-safe balcony, plenty of toys, heated seat cushions, a romba to chase, and a dedicated new human to play with. The owner has a genuine and deep love of cats, and the patience of a saint, without falling for any wily cat tricks. But on top of all this, what has impressed us most (and allowed us to rest easy when away!) is the true professionalism involved. The owner keeps up excellent and timely communication, is always punctual (and very gracious when we are not!) and takes a thorough history of each cat's quirks and needs and cares for each cat according to them. As the owner of an 18 y/o pedigree, whose health needs are ever changing, the Notting Hill Cat company's warmth, professionalism, and flexibility has truly been a godsend, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Petcare Clinics Brackenbury

146 Goldhawk Rd, Shepherd's Bush, London W12 8HH, UK – 020 8743 3510

Vet Chris Knox was great. Very attentive & knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made me aware of the choices I had regarding my dog's treatment and the cost implications. Never felt like I was only being offered the most expensive option. Very happy with treatment.

We have used this vets for many years and finally had to say goodbye to our 17 year old staffie last month. The entire team were amazing and sensitive at this hard time. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us and our beloved dog. Would recommend them to anyone.

Vets on White Hart Lane

45 White Hart Ln, London SW13 0PU, UK – 020 8878 0552

Wonderful Vets now but sadly about to be taken over by MediVet...

I have been taking my various cats here since it was Reg Balmer's in the late 80's and they have always been fantastic. Even though it is no longer quite the closest vets to where I live I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Grove Park Veterinary Clinic

3 Burlington Ln, Chiswick, London W4 3HD, UK – 020 8994 3889

Everytime I use these I am impressed at their friendly and professional approach. All the vets are excellent and the practice very welcoming.

My dog has allergies and as such, I'm a frequent visitor to the vet. Paloma is the absolute best vet I've used while living in the UK. She is knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain things, and I feel she genuinely loves animals and what she does. The entire staff has been a pleasure to interact with, and with its proximity to the Chiswick station, the clinic is very easy to get to. The clinic only has one vet at this location, so I don't know what the reviewer below was on about with '4 vets in 4 visits'.

Very caring vets. Great service

Highly recommend this practise. Professional, caring service, clear pricing structure, excellent treatment. Saw Rebecca who was kind, knowledgeable, efficient and clearly very genuinely interested in the welfare of my cat.
